This working demo follows the supplied Kayle Phillips brief. Ava can qualify sellers, discuss fees without guessing, rank sample appraisal times by location, and prepare approved sample property links.

What is live: AI voice and text conversations, interruption handling and the sample tools on this page. What is simulated: calendar availability, bookings, listing packs, SMS/email, Kayle alerts and follow-up tasks. These records exist in this browser session and clear on refresh.

Appraisals are 45 minutes with a 15-minute sample travel buffer. Wednesday follows a 1–1:45 pm Harrisdale appointment; Tuesday precedes a 3 pm Piara Waters appointment. Unknown routes need a human check. All times are Perth time.
